General cargo ship CELSA-2 capsized and sank in the morning Apr 9 in Ormoc Bay, southwest Leyte island, shortly after leaving Ormoc city, bound for Cebu. The ship fell victim to tropical storm Agaton, lashing Philippines. No information yet on number and fate of the crew.
